§ 205

The Minister of the Interior and Housing may authorize an agency established under the ministry to exercise the powers conferred on the minister by this Act.

Stk. 2.The Minister of the Interior and Housing may lay down rules regarding the right to appeal decisions made pursuant to the authorization under subsection 1, including that the decision cannot be brought before the minister.
